How to apply AP Ration Card
Ration Card is an one of the
identification proof in 18 identifications mentioned by government of India And
Andhra Pradesh Government . This ration card is issued by Ap civil supplies
department for the purpose of identification of those family and also for the
purpose of issue govt subsidy to those family members. With this ration card ,
The issued members will get ration subsidy from the government Fair shops .
There are mostly 2 types of cards
available in Andhra Pradesh which are white ration card - and Pink ration card.
Ration card is a powerful
identification proof in Andhra Pradesh . With out this ration card we can not
do anything . Even for bank account opening we need a minimum of ration card as
proof . Least to get residence certificate we need ration card as resident
proof other wise we not get residence / nativity certificate. To provide income
certificate we need a compulsory of Ration card other wise we need
VRO reference letter.
Now a days Ration card is an
important identification proof to every family who are living in andhra pradesh

ration card in any government related works.
Generally there are 2 ways to
apply for ration card in that one is getting ration card in online through
ration card online registration and another one is applying ration card via
manual process which means by applying through application form . If you have
already ration card and its loosed or stolen dont go for new ration card apply
just check Your Ration Card Status there
you will found your card , Then Go to Ration Card Details Online.
In Andhra Pradesh there is no way to apply the ration card online, have to do manually.
By manual process
o Before going through manual way we
must have related all documents.
o In applying ration card it means
that urging the government to issue a identification proof about your
family.
o So it requires weather you are
resident of that place or not , to know this you must have bank account pass
book or residence certificate or voter id card or power bill with your name ,
phone bill with your name.
o If you have any one of the
document mentioned above then you will eligible to apply ration card

o After downloading that form fill
it with your details like your name , father name , number of family members ,
income , address and more
o Attach it with 3 stamp size
photographs
o Visit your MRO office and then
hand over the application form to the Respected MRO or VRO
o they will make an enquiry about
the submitted details are proper or not
o If it is found that proper or
genuine then you will be issued a temporary card like RAP , TAP
o After some days government will
inform you through Ration shop dealers about the Online registration date .
o So at that date go and enroll your
ration card by giving family group photo and taking iris , finger prints etc.
o If you properly done registration
process , then you will get ration card soon.
Check your Ration card details online
o First Open apcivilsupplies.gov.in
website
o Ap civil supplies department is
one of the government department which takes decision about ration department.
o after opening the apcivilsupplies
website ,
o there select ration card information
in left side options.
o Now it will redirect you to the
new page. It looks like in below image

o In above image we seen the login
page. There enter Guest as id and guest123 as password .
o now you will open the ap civil
supplies website with guest account
o After opening the page you can see
a options menu in top of the page.
o Select ration card details search
option in it.
o Now you can see a search box in
desktop
o enter your ration card number in
it and click on search
o If you entered the correct ration
card number , then it will shows you the details of ration card.
o If you found your details your
ration card is active other wise it is going remove or already removed.
Check your Ration card status online

Before
following this we have a word to you Ration card status of application is
differ and re verification status is differ . Here i am giving the application
status details only .

First
open your internet explorer not other browsers only internet explorer
3.
Now
type apcivilsupplies gov in
4.
so
you will see ap civil supplies website now
5.
In
there select ration card information option
6.
if
you select ration card information option it will show you normal ration card
status
7.
if
you select mutation ration card status then it will show ration card transfer
name change application status
8.
make
sure that select ration card information tab so it shows you a new page which
contains log in id password box
9.
there
enter guest , User ID & Password.
10.
It
opens the website there enter your ration card number and search
11.
f
you found your ration card details then your ration card ap is active other
wise contact MRo officer
